Yes, yes, I'm still here. And I've even been busy with the camera, however I've also been busy with school and assorted other crap, so I've been neglecting my DA page. But after giving away a print to some family that had just moved into a new place, they wanted to look at what else i had, so i directed them here. And wouldn't you know it, nothing I've taken in the last eight months or so was up, so i had to go through my files and post some of the better photos I've taken. So for Jenn and Fawn and anyone else who's interested, here ya go. Now i gotta go pull the shots off my CF card that have been there for a month and a half . . . sigh.

Well Finally getting around to posting some shots from my trip back East. My original plan was to take US 50 across, but a blizzard put a dent in those plans, and I was turned away trying to cross the Sierra Nevada' without chains. I ended up hooking south and bypassing the Mountains Altogether, taking I-40 East. For those of you who dont know, I-40 replaced the old Route 66, so I got a nice slice of Americana on my way. And as luck would have it I hit Williams, AZ at night for my stopping point, leaving me an hour outside the Grand Canyon. So i have a nice collection of shots of the Canyon at dawn. Anyway heres a brief overview of the trip:

Well the movers are on their way to pack up all my crap and ship it back to MI. I had a lot of fun in Hawaii (i know, strange, huh) and i highly recommend it to those who can swing it. Just don't join the Navy it do it ;). That said I'm looking forward to heading back home, i miss weather and seasons somethin awful. So to all my friends out here in the land of Ohana, i'll miss you tons, and my door is always open. "though if you know what's good for you, only visit between May and October.
